Hey all - I know this might be a long shot, but in the world of home selling, sometimes long shots prove to work out quite nicely. My wife's folks have been desperately trying to sell their home for nearly a year-and-a-half now, as they are preparing to move to Oklahoma where my father-in-law is now employed. As it stands now, he is flying down for two weeks of work, then back home for two weeks, etc. This arrangement is taking its toll on both of them, as you can imagine. They have an amazing acreage south of Lincoln, but the current housing market has made it very difficult to sell. They have had some potential buyers, but for various reasons, it has not worked out. Another reason to use a mortgage broker is the way they get compensated. A mortgage broker works mainly on commission. If he upsets you and you walk away he does not make any money. You can get more information about home buyers which I browsed on internet can fetch you help.
